Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Bon Secours Cardiovascular Associates of Virginia is seeking an experienced and dedicated Outpatient Cardiology Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) to join our esteemed practice in Richmond. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a high-performing environment known for its commitment to excellence in cardiovascular care.

About the Role:

As an outpatient cardiology-trained APC, you will manage 12-16 established cardiology patients and transition of care appointments each day. You will play a crucial role in our team, providing high-quality care while collaborating closely with our Non-Invasive and Interventional cardiologists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans for cardiology patients.
• Manage follow-up and transition of care appointments, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
• Collaborate with a collegial team of cardiologists and support staff to enhance patient outcomes.
• Utilize your expertise to practice at the fullest extent of your license.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program.
• Active certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Preferably, 2+ years of experience in outpatient cardiology or management of cardiology conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
