Job Title: Outdoor Customer Service Representative

Location: Cambridge, MA 02138 (100% ONSITE)

Contract Duration: 03+ Months with Extension

Pay Rate: $35/hr on W2

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service outdoors, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Assist customers with product information and services in a friendly manner.

Maintain a clean and organized outdoor service area.

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Availability to work Wednesday to Saturday, January 13 - March 7, 2025.
