About the Job
Location: La Verne OR Foster City, CA - 100% On Site
This role will support the OCM Director in driving successful organizational change and transformation initiatives. You will be part of the Strategy and Excellence Team, and will collaborate closely with various Supply Chain teams, to ensure effective change implementation and adoption.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with developing and executing change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of organizational changes.
• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify potential risks and resistance to change.
• Create and deliver effective communication materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
• Monitor and measure change progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of change activities.
Requirements:
• 4+ years experience in change management or related roles.
• Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Change management certification.
