Organizational Business Operations Specialist YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and prioritization of DSO outcomes across the organization, in collaboration with other members of the Breeding Leadership Team Lead the 90-day, yearly, and long-term Breeding outcomes efforts. Connect these to other teams in R&D. This includes central reporting in tools such as Viva Goals Coordinate quarterly business reviews, planning meetings and offsites including setting the agenda, partnering with presenters on content, and coordinating logistics Support leadership team to plan agendas and logistics for recurring strategic and operational team meetings. Capture action items and ensure they are completed Identify cultural areas for improvement and turn them into action in partnership with People Team and Learning & Development experts Establish Breeding Leadership Community to provide a more dynamic and inclusive approach to engaging employees across the organization to accelerate our Breeding outcomes. Design and implement communications platforms including Corner Stone Forum 2.0 as a mean to connect a global organization and to advance shared consciousness across the team Create an Organizational Network Analysis framework and implement scale across the organization. Leverage findings to make recommendations on needed change to advance our organizational design Partner with operational functions of other R&D and key business functions (e.g. Commercial, IT, Product Supply) to ensure broad alignment and exchange Travel up to 10% WHO YOU ARE Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s degree & 10+ years' work experience as a Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, Business Manager or similar. OR MS/MBA & 5+ years' work e 5+ years' experience as a Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, Business Manager or similar. Strategic mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and high degree of resourcefulness Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives Preferred Qualifications: BS in Agriculture, Life/Physical Science, Business, Engineering Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including the ability to defuse conflict Strong facilitation of leadership teams and demonstrated ability to manage communication of various forms including presentation, and written communication Ability to work independently and represent decisions, where appropriate, of the SVP of Breeding and Leadership Team Members Experience or Training in Executive Management and/or Corporate Strategy Excellent communication and ability to lead through influence skill Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $143,207.20 - $214,810.80. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
