If you are an Order Manager professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking to add an Order Manager I based in our Boulder, CO office. You will lead all aspects of customer order fulfillment process. Be responsible for the process to fulfill an order from the time of receiving a customer purchase order, to the time that the Business Unit receives full payment from the customer.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Receive, review, verify and manage customer purchase orders while providing excellent customer service
- Initiate proactive communication with customers to resolve purchase order issues, complete order revisions throughout the various designated key points of the order and fulfillment process
- Function as the primary contact and coordinator between the customer and the factories to resolve issues that may arise with orders that may impact Micro Motion’s ability to meet our commitment for delivery to the clients and advise of any delays and discuss potential solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales representatives and technical subject matter experts to review and validate the technical requirements of the customer’s purchase order and be responsible for the resolution of any issues
- Maintain updated customer information for internal business systems and other databases
- Retain accurate documentation on company guidelines with import/export, contract, and government requirements by screening orders for compliance with the business unit Terms and Conditions
- Build rapport and trust with field sales representatives and customers

- High school graduate or equivalent education
- Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience
- Strong prioritizing, planning, attention-to-detail, problem-solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self-starter and collaborator
- Ability to work within a high-stress and fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in data-entry and typing skills
- Travel up to 10%
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Advanced degree of education
- More than one (1) year of customer service experience
- Desire to maintain a growth-mindset
- Understanding of business systems for order management
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary range for this role is $62,293-71,192 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role
