About the Job
What you’ll do everyday during our peak season (April – September)…
- Help select and hire a seasonal crew of SCUBA dive technicians and job site managers
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the seasonal crew of 25-55 employees (scheduling, daily supervision, communication, feedback, discipline, morale)
- Work hands-on with the team
- Facilitate crew training and development for new crew members and promoted divers
- Attend weekly operations meetings
- Improve our safety program
- Responsible for managing facilities, equipment, shop, storage location, and vehicles
- Purchase and monitor SCUBA gear, equipment and supplies
- Manage insurance, tabs, permits and repairs for work trucks and vehicles
- Execute our Operations Manual and Standard Operating Procedures
- Research infestations and aquatic species
What we do in the Winter (October – March) …
- During the cooler months, our company operates under "Jingle Bulbs" installing holiday cheer (lights) for our clients.
- Manage safety and training of Holiday light technicians
- Implement continuous improvement practices
- Execute employee retention strategies
- Participate in professional development and continuing education

Pay: $47,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Healthy physical status - Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record (required for Job Site Managers) - High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) - 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is preferred but not required - Knowledge of holiday lights and low voltage electrical is a plus - Must be willing to learn new skills and grow with the company - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at times due to lighting equipment and supplies - Must be comfortable using ladders
