Title: Operations Process & Implementation Manager
SUMMARY:?We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Operations Process & Implementation Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this influential role will drive operational excellence, champion a culture of continuous improvement, and elevate customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring a unique mix of analytical expertise, leadership acumen, and a deep commitment to process implementation and optimization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Focus: Ensure all operations are aligned with customer needs and expectations.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Organization and Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with the field operations teams to optimize operational processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Cross-Functional Operations Experience: Proven experience in diverse business operations.
Industry Experience: Experience in the collision repair industry or similar is desirable.
Lean/Operational Excellence: Expertise in standardized processes, planning and scheduling, waste elimination, business process optimization, production management, performance measurement, leader standard work, and quality improvement.
Data Analytics: Strong experience in data analytics and using data to drive decisions.
Business P&L: Experience with business profit and loss responsibility is a plus.
ERP/E-Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems; CCC experience is a plus but can be learned.
Project Management: Skilled in activity planning and project management.
Customer Performance Improvement: Proven track record in improving customer performance.
Private Equity Portfolio: Experience with private equity portfolio management is a plus.
Service Industry Roll-Ups: Success in implementing improvements in services-based industry roll-ups.
Change Management: Demonstrated ability to drive change in environments with multiple stakeholders.
Leadership: Ability to work through others and manage competing priorities effectively.
Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering or Business Management
