About the Job
This full-service restoration company is well established and provides mitigation and reconstruction services to customers who have experienced damage caused by water, fire, storm or disasters. They are looking for a vibrant addition to oversee their Departments. The company is a big proponent on comradery and developing a positive culture within the company. The ideal candidate possesses excellent leadership skills, attention to detail and strong analytical abilities. We need someone who has experience managing a mitigation and/or a reconstruction team and overseeing the operations. You will be running the day to day operations of the departments including hiring/ firing, training, ensuring customer satisfaction and profit growth as well as staff development.
The office only does about 2 million with 5 employees. small location

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years within insurance restoration industry- specifically must be knowledgeable on mitigation side of the business.
- Experience managing a mitigation and reconstruction department
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Xactimate preferred
- Ability to project manage as needed
- Understanding of profitability of projects
