About the Job
Officed at the Facility, the Operations Manager will report to the Vice President of. Duties will include but not be limited to the following;
Customer Relationships, Interaction, and Satisfaction:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Actively engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure that customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently, fostering a positive image of the company.

Quality (Plan – Do – Check – Act):
Quality Control Planning:
- Identify our quality goals and standards, the requirements necessary to meet these standards, and what procedures will be used to check that these criteria are being met.
- Quality Control:
- The process of physically inspecting and testing what is laid out in the planning stage to make sure it is obtainable.
- Maintain a quality feedback loop that tracks complaints and metrics to adjust processes.
- Quality Assurance:
- Reviewing the delivery process of services and thequality of them.
- Quality Improvement:
- Work with Management to review our quality control findings and assist in the development of processes to improve our methods going forward.
Distribution:
Facility Maintenance and Repair:
- Monitor the facility to request and prioritize repairs to the building structure, plumbing infrastructure, electrical systems, roofing, HVAC, landscaping, fire suppression systems, security systems, computer system, machines, equipment, forklifts, etc.
- Maintain an autonomous preventative maintenance process for machines, equipment, forklifts, etc.
Efficiency:
- Assist in the development of KPI’s and metrics, and implementation of them.
- Improvements:
- Drive year-over-year cost and productivity improvement actions through continuous improvement initiatives and quality programs.
Results:
- Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and management of the distribution operations to drive a continuous improvement culture.
- Management:
- Ensure that Jeeny is properly utilized to meet productivity goals.
- Ensure that the WMS is utilized properly throughout the operation.
Customer Service:
- Ensure that training and adherence to SOP’s are being done.
- Ensure that the customers’ needs are being met while following procedures to assist in the efficiencies for the manufacturing facilities.
- Develop a strong team in the Scheduling and Coordination areas both for Vegas and Riverside.
- Ensure that all processes are being implemented and followed.
- Ensure that continuous improvement is an inherent part of what we do.
Field:
- Assist in the development and implementation of all quality processes and monitor them to ensure they are consistently being adhered to.
- Assist in the development of KPI’s and the metrics to track them.

Warehouse:
- Ensure that all quality processes and metrics are developed and are being monitored.
- Ensure efficiencies have metrics developed and are consistently being monitored.

Engage and motivate the team, setting clear expectations.
Clarity and alignment:
- Deal with issues, problems, or conflict early on. Recognize when alignment is lacking and actively engage individuals/teams to explain the why; address, discuss and bring facts to an issue to drive for root cause analysis and constructive discussions to solve issues. Help others be part of the solution.
