WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
We offer this Operations Manager position a competitive salary of $60,000/year, plus bonuses.

Your work hours will be from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with additional time as needed to complete job functions. Enjoy the flexibility of an in-office, onsite, or hybrid work arrangement where employees report to a central location before heading to their job site or service area.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As the Operations Manager, your day will begin with reviewing daily performance metrics and strategizing with your team on how to optimize efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction. You will lead daily team meetings, providing mentorship and guidance as you coach members to reach their potential. You'll continuously monitor key performance indicators, ensuring that the team not only meets but exceeds established targets. Throughout the day, you will develop and implement new operational processes, foster compliance with industry standards, and collaborate with various departments to drive business growth.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR A OPERATIONS MANAGER?
- Experience in a leadership role that proves the candidate has successfully grown a business, improved operational efficiency, and contributed to profitability
At least three years of leadership experience in operations or a similar role is preferred. Proficiency with ServiceTitan or other CRM/operations software is also ideal.
