Operations Data Coordinator
Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as an Operations Data Coordinator!
In this important role, the Insurance and Operations Data Coordinator will:
- enter client demographic and insurance information into electronic health records
- check insurance authorizations and alert clinicians and management when lapse occurs and when new authorization is needed
- collaborate with program staff and central billing to trouble shoot insurance gaps and billing issues as they arise
- track all service units for contractual billing and ensure submission for needed deadlines
- create weekly spreadsheet to track clinician productivity time
Our ideal candidate will be a resourceful people person who is detail oriented, has working knowledge of Excel and is comfortable with web based electronic health system and data entry.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Flexible hybrid schedule; 2 days on-site and 3 days remote
Pay Rate: $20.16/hourly

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Basic computer fluency, including Excel, required
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- One year experience working with insurance and billing issues in a human services or health care setting
