About the Job
The ideal candidate will have 1 years of scaffolding experience, excellent managerial/supervisor skills, experience in inventory management, and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions
• Plan and organize daily activities related to branch operations
• Inventory control – including cycles, equipment inspections, managing stock levels
and end of year Physical Inventory.
• Property management (building, yard, equipment and vehicles)
• Manage all warehouse employees and drivers
• Ensure a health and safe workplace for our staff and customers
• Maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse and yard
• Support all functions of the branch to work together
• Ensure customer service levels are held above standards
Required Skills / Abilities:
• Minimum of one years scaffold experience
• Excellent leadership, managerial and supervisory skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in Operations Management, Inventory Management, or similar role
• Ability to delegate responsibilities
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization from warehouse workers and drivers to upper levels of management.
