Title: Operational Risk Global Markets Process Control
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 10 months of contract | Hybrid
Pay: $44/Hr. to $46/Hr.
Responsibilities:
- Working within the GMO Risk Initiatives function this role will include:
- Understanding the Single Process Inventory and Process Policy
- Work alongside the SPI Initiative Team to develop ongoing routines to continuously monitor adherence to policy
- Support the delivery of ad hoc initiatives over process inventory including working with Senior Process Owners to ensure requirements are met
- Carry out deep dive reviews over existing inventory to ensure accurate and complete
- Support the changes over Data Policy Adherence to ensure all LOBs are in line with requirements
- Work with GCOR and Audit on any issues or ad-hoc requests to ensure closed out as required
Requirements:
- Presentable, confident, must be able to work with and challenge Senior Leads and Process owners inc. conducting discussions in a confident manner
- Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
- Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate
- Knowledge of Operational Risk and Process Reviews
Salary
44 - 46 /hour
