We are seeking an ideal candidate who is comfortable engaging with new people regularly and possesses the skill to assess a candidate's potential through insightful questioning. Strong organizational skills are essential for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective candidates. The candidate should also be dedicated to not only meeting but exceeding assigned quotas.

Recruitment Center: This is CTDI's first Recruitment Center.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
- Create and implement recruitment strategies and interview plans for different warehouse positions
- Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates
- Assess resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company, client and position
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Document all communications throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in recruiting
- Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing/recruiting strategies
- Develop an effective pipeline of warehouse talent for potential upcoming opportunities
- Prior experience in recruiting for High Volume hiring in a warehouse position is required

- Goal: Hire 160 full-time employees within a 12-week period.
- Candidates must have a background in high-volume recruiting.
Interview Process:
- A 1-hour interview will be scheduled with the Talent Acquisition Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in high-volume hiring for warehouse positions, with a focus on collaboration with hiring managers for timely decision-making.
- Candidate Promotion: Strong ability to sell job opportunities and promote the company effectively in a competitive market.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, effective time management and multitasking capabilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable in applicant tracking and VMS systems.
- Energetic and Passionate: High energy and enthusiasm for recruiting, with a demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiating abilities to facilitate offers and discussions.
- Confidentiality: Skilled in handling sensitive information appropriately.
- Adaptability: Quick learner of new systems, processes, and procedures, with experience in online recruitment and social media strategies.
Pay: $20-$22/hr
