Job Description
We're hiring for a short-term, Office Services Coordinator in Seattle, WA. You will be filling in for a short term leave of absence and act as the face of the company for each person who walks into the lobby doors. The right candidate for this role will have a can-do attitude and deem no task too small. You will greet guests as they enter the lobby with a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring they get connected with the individual they are there to see. As needed, you will schedule/coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls and video conferences across multiple time zones, coordinate conference room setup details, including catering and beverage services for client meetings, provide shipping/admi/facilities support, maintain kitchen & communal spaces around the office, report and coordinate with property management on building related issues, maintain employee building access badges, etc.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years' experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
Strong understanding of MSFT Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong sense of organization, attention to detail and self-motivation/self-starter.
Highly reliable/punctual.
Ability to life 30 pounds. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
Passion for real estate design. null
