Position Overview:
As our Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing office operations, ensuring efficient bookkeeping, and leading/training/developing the administrative team. This position is ideal for a natural problem-solver with a talent for organization and a knack for numbers.
Pay Range: $68,000 to $79,000 annually, based on experience

Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in office management, ideally in the HVAC or trades industry (preferred but not required)
- Past experience leading a team
- Strong bookkeeping skills, with proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks experience a requirement)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire the office team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
