About the Company Looking for an Office Manager:
Our client, a leading service company in the West Coast of Florida, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join their dynamic team on a part-time basis (around 25 hours/week). As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities: The Office Manager will be responsible for:
- Maintaining service schedules for in-field technicians and communicating any changes that arise
- Completing cash and check logs and bank deposits, pulling reports and reconciliations to send to other company locations
- Monitor inbox for any overnight messages/emails and take appropriate action about routes and scheduling for next business day
- Assisting with payroll duties
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications: The successful HR Generalist candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role is desired
- Professional multi-tasker in a highly independent and fast-paced environment
- Take-charge mentality and positive attitude a must!
Salary: $52,000, or $25/hour. This position is fully on-site.
