Job Description:
The Executive Assistant & Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, provide direct support to executives, and manage event planning for both corporate and personal functions. This individual will ensure seamless coordination of schedules, travel arrangements, and office needs while fostering strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and overseeing vendor relationships.
- Provide executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling complex travel arrangements.
- Plan and execute corporate and personal events, ensuring all logistics are handled professionally.
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports, manage office budgets, and assist with light bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of office spaces, ensuring a professional environment.
- Act as the main point of contact for vendors, contractors, and guests.
- Handle personal tasks for executives, including coordinating family events and reservations.
- Develop and refine administrative procedures to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Office Management, Operations, or Executive Assistant roles.
- Proven experience supporting C-Suite executives, managing calendars, and coordinating travel.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and light bookkeeping software.
- Event planning experience for corporate and personal occasions.
- Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
