About the Job
Arcadia New England Home Care is recruiting an Office Manager to add to our administrative team. The Office Manager has direct management oversight over the day-to-day operations of the Southeast Massachusetts home care branch. Previous experience in home care and Aging Services Access Points (ASAP) contracts servicing.
Salary depends on experience. Bonus eligible position dependent on performance metrics.
Responsibilities include:
- Interviewing & Hiring field staff employees, and managing existing staff.
- Day-to-day shift scheduling and patient visit coordination.
- New patient intake, quarterly case supervision, and care plan compliance.
- Employee and patient file quality assurance.
- Coordinating with billing and accounts receivable department to ensure accurate billing and on-time payment for services.
- Assisting with HR Manager with reporting and HR compliance.
- Supporting brand awareness, marketing and advertising.
- Travel within the territory as needed.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Experience in the home care or home health care industry in an office setting, preferably in Massachusetts, and familiarity with ASAP contract work.
- Scheduling experience. A minimum of two (2) home health care experience in an office, administrative, management or operations capacity.
- Some management experience preferred.
- Strong technology skills; adept at adopting and learning new software programs.
- Willingness to travel within the territory as needed, and access to an automobile and required insurance during normal business hours.
- Ability to commute to and work in an office, as required.
- Passion for the home health care industry and caring for vulnerable populations.
- Interest in being part of a team.
- A growth and business mindset.
- High impact communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Self-starter; able to prioritize, meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
