Job Details
Responsibilities
- Office and personnel management, including payroll and QuickBooks entries
- Prepare meeting agendas and attend weekly team meetings
- Support a team of Real Estate professionals by collecting pertinent documentation, sending eblasts, assisting
with developing marketing and sales materials, schedule property tours, etc.
- Liaise between the supervising broker, clients, and vendors
- Manage company databases, create marketing reports, prepare content for presentations, etc.
- Maintain stock of office supplies and resources
- Deliver messages from phone calls, emails, other messages to the relevant agent
- Execute basic HR functions
- Draft documents as needed
- Coordinate site visits with property owners
- Manage company calendars
- Pay invoices; Quick Books entries and management
- Create and post social media content as needed
- Support the Owner/Broker with other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Proficient in QuickBooks and office accounting processes
- Experience in the real estate industry, specifically multi-family property management is a plus
- Strong administrative assistance, communication, and phone etiquette skills
- Excellent clerical skills
- Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
