Office Manager - Beacon Hill

Our client, a technologies company in Greater Boston, is seeing a PT Office Manager to join their team! This position pays up to $24/hour, commensurate with experience and requires working onsite for 30 hours/week.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing front desk reception and visitor control
• Ordering supplies and stocking office
• Ordering food for meetings
• Overseeing facilities management, such as triaging mail, monitoring budgets for office expenses, and more
• Supporting the CEO on special projects, including document management and distribution, requisitions, budget monitoring, and more

Qualifications:

• Detail oriented and organized
• Experience in similar positions required
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with data entry, bookkeeping, and transactional accounting
• Business level communication and math skills
• Reliable and consistent punctuality
