Qualifications and responsibilities for this Office Manager position include:

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in the pool industry, with a strong background in organizational and project management.
• Handling office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing customer communication.
• Providing excellent customer service by assisting walk-in customers and sending thank-you emails and updates.
• Proficiency with software tools like Buildertrend, Pool 360, and QuickBooks for managing bookkeeping and project tracking.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoice reconciliation and payment collection.
• Overseeing project management tasks, such as scheduling deliveries, coordinating subs and technicians, and maintaining permit paperwork.
• Maintaining office supplies, filing essential documents, and ensuring compliance with certificates and licenses.
• Ordering materials and managing timelines to keep projects on track.

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers annual bonuses, 2 weeks of vacation, and paid holidays.
