Job Title: Office Coordinator/Receptionist
Location: Boston (In-office 4 days a week)
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival.
- Prepare and maintain conference rooms for client meetings.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate office events and meetings.
- Support administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of office experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
