We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Permanent Office Coordinator for our Accounting and Finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a versatile individual who is capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization. Responsibilities:
As an Office Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and providing excellent customer service.
2. Assisting in the preparation of scheduled reports by collecting and analyzing necessary information.
3. Stocking and maintaining office supplies, and managing orders for new supplies as needed.
4. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
5. Assisting colleagues whenever necessary and maintaining a clean and organized office area.
6. Performing administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
7. Supporting the accounting and finance team in maintaining records and creating reports.
8. Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an office coordination or administrative role, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service-oriented approach.
4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
5. Proven experience in handling administrative duties, including managing supply inventory, and maintaining office equipment.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to duties and a willingness to take on new challenges.
7. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
8. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
