Office Coordinator
Reporting to the Site Manager, the job function of the Office Coordinator is to perform all site administrative support tasks. Duties include closing out orders in SAP, process order variance analysis, and finite scheduling support activities. Also provides daily operations and site accounting reports and analysis. Executes site payroll reporting activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage MRP email box and work with NACS (customer service) on orders, delivery time, or what locations have stock.
- Enter weekly payroll for hourly, salary, and temporary employees.
- Close out process orders and check for errors.
- Create open order reports daily and distribute to all departments.
- Adhere to all Key Safety Indicators and Safety Accountabilities while performing daily duties.
- Address positive and negative safety behaviors, when observed.
- Log daily production and shipping totals.
- Order non-inventory, misc. items for plant, office, and shipping department.
- Balance monthly statements.
- Work with accounts payable on problem invoices.
- Assist with the setting up of new vendors.
- Maintain, keep Sun Cure Safety Books up to date.
- Maintain Safety hours report and OSHA log.
- Coordinate with all employees and HR representatives all personnel issues.
- Fill in for Production Scheduler when absent.
- Complete projects and assignments as required by the Site Manager.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma required; some college a plus.
- 3+ years’ of experience in office administration in a manufacturing environment.
- Computer and Microsoft proficiency required.
- Experience/knowledge of Safety procedures.
- Possess sound verbal and written communication skills.
