Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: Parker House Hotel, Boston, MA
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules and manage inventory.
- Communicate effectively with staff and guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office and common areas.
- Support management with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality or office coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
