JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Full-Time (30 Hours+), proactive and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team in our Bend, OR office. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office while fostering a positive company culture. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable and capable of managing multiple tasks with a high level of professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Office Management & Inventory
- Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized and functional office space
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Answer and direct phone calls
Company Culture & Events
- Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings and celebrations
- Support initiatives to promote a positive work environment and team engagement internally, and with the local community
Administrative & Personal Assistant Support
- Run personal and business-related errands as needed
- Manage snack and lunch orders for the office
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations when required
HR & Account Management Support
- Assist the Director of HR with larger tasks and projects as needed
- Support account management functions, such as maintaining records and vendor relationships
