About the Job
- Welcome families and visitors.
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Respond to emails.
- Manage inventory of office supplies.
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed.
- Assist programs with laundry and shower room scheduling.
- Replenishing of community refrigerator/supply/snacks.
- Keeping the play area clean and organized.
- Oversee locker usage.
- Work in conjunction with the cleaning team to ensure site cleanness.
- Maintain open communication with supervisor/leaders in regard to security and maintenance concerns.
- Provide coverage as needed for the neighboring Graham Windham location (1PP).
- Timely management of conference room accommodations (includes reservation, audio-visual equipment, food service supplies)
- Screens incoming calls, and takes phone messages.
- Greets and directs families/guests to the proper areas of service.
- Assist with the set-up and takedown of conference rooms for meetings.
- Arrange inter-office mail for messenger service.
- Sort, process, and distribute mail and incoming mail from Graham-Windham sites.

- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Computer proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google Docs
- A proven capacity to work inclusively and collaboratively with program, fiscal, and administrative leadership, as well as external stakeholders.
