The Panther Group is seeking a highly motivated Office Assistant to partner up with a well-known client of ours in Auburn, MA. This is a long-term contract to hire with flexible scheduling available.

Office Assistant Job Duties:
- Assist customers with opening their accounts
- Receives incoming email requests
- Responds to escalated inquiries
- Accurately explain policies to customers
- Process account payments and perform account maintenance
Office Assistant Job Requirements:
- Customer Service: minimum 1 year experience
- Data entry: minimum 1 year experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office: 1 year experience (must be comfortable navigating computer systems)
- Must be detail oriented and proficient
- Background check and drug screen required (including marijuana)
Salary
