Office Administrator – Home Improvement Industry
Location: Phoenix, MD

Pay: $22–$25/hour

Administrator with a background in the home improvement industry. This
role is critical to our growing business, which specializes in
providing Plumbing and Water Purification solutions for residential
and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
Managing logistics for home improvement projects, coordinating with home improvement team and general laborers
Manage and track office supplies, including procurement when necessary
Organize and coordinate job site schedules and resources
Provide administrative support to team members and leadership
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
Accurately perform data entry and handle general administrative tasks
Flexibly take on additional responsibilities as assigned to meet
evolving team needs

What We’re Looking For
Required: Experience in the home improvement industry (plumbing,
construction, remodeling, residential, commercial or similar)
2–5 years of administrative experience
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Proactive and self-motivated attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
Local candidates only (must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, MD)
