Office Administratorwe need outstanding people to represent our company and interact with our clients and caregivers
Responsibilities
- presenting Griswold as "the best home care" acting as a liaison between clients, referral sources and our agency
- scheduling and coordinating care for our clients as well as providing support for our caregivers
- recruiting and orienting staff
- help in developing client care plans
- maintaing client confidentiality and quality care
- listening to clients' concerns as well as staff concerns
- Making cold calls, develop leads, introduce potential leads while promoting the agency through communicating the value of our services and always presenting a positive image in the community
- Always be an information resource for clients, caregivers and referral sources
- conduct telephone intakes
- support office with scheduling, marketing, interviewing and administrative duties
- perform initial home visits with new or potential clients to explain services
- execute follow-up home visits with existing clients
- on call rotation
Qualifications
- should exhibit strong communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written form, fluent in English, articulate
- should be able to work with individuals of varying backgrounds toward a common gola for the betterment of the client
- high school or advanced education are encouraged
- there will be on the job training
- must be comfortable with working and inputting into computer
- preferred individual who has undersanding of general care techniques and the home care industry in general
- strong organizaional skills
- good time management skills
- detail oriented
- Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- nurturing ability (Caring, empathetic and compassionate)
- creative problem solving skills
- prefer some sales background
