Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an Office Administrator to join their client's team in Gambrills, Maryland. This role is Part Time with the opportunity to become Full Time. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong accounting and administrative background. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Location: Gambrills, Maryland- 100% on site
- Hours: Up to 30 hrs. weekly then potential to become 40 hrs. weekly
- Salary Range: $24 to $30 an hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial tasks (invoices, expense tracking, payroll support, QuickBooks).
- Provide general office management (HR support, office supplies, mail coordination).
- Assist with project costs, employee paperwork, and accounting tasks.
- Support company events and new employee training.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of office management experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Construction or similar industries background is a plus.
