A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ADMIN / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
As an Office Admin / Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the voice of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our HVAC office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person--and is one of the reasons that our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule with customers, and dispatch technicians.
You are never bored, as there are always a variety of administrative tasks that you can help with. This includes entering and preparing work orders in our database, preparing billing and invoices, and handling collections. You also follow up with incoming work orders and any emails. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE ADMIN / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
- Customer service or office experience
- Accurate date entry skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
Two years of customer service and office experience are preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills?
