Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Milford, NH. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to assist patients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting.
• Current COTA certification and state licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
