Occupational Therapist (OT) - Per Diem - Maine Veterans' Homes

The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats residents, communicates with residents, families, physicians and other health team members, maintains documentation of services in the medical record and conducts in-services and training for facility staff in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and MVH policies and procedures.

Required Experience:

• Must possess current State of Maine license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
