Occupational Therapist - Hybrid Role (Split schedule between SNF and ADH)
Flexible Schedule/Mothers Hours!
****$2 shift differential on weekends!!****
Some of the Job Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist (OT) include
- Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and other team members
- Evaluate, develop appropriate skilled plan of care, and communicate with physicians as a registered therapist; and provide treatments following the plan of care developed as a registered therapist or assistant.
- Document daily resident participation with skilled treatment sessions in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
- Instruct resident's family or nursing staff on current functional level as indicated
- Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
- Provide support to the center interdisciplinary departments as directed by the Director or Rehab to provide the highest level of care in the industry.
QUALIFICATIONS of the Occupational Therapist (OT):
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current and in good standing discipline specific state license.
- One (1) year experience in Skilled Nursing Facility and/or Long Term-Care preferred
