Key Responsibilities:

• Provide home-based services in a condensed geographic area.

• Assist children in enhancing essential daily living functions, sensory integration, fine motor skills, visual perceptual skills, and feeding.

• Utilize professional expertise to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a dedicated clinical support team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Qualifications:

• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapists, Registered.

• Successfully completed therapist-level fieldwork requirements in the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapists.

• Hold a BS or BA (minimum) from an accredited program.

• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Arizona (required by start date).
