We are seeking a highly skilled OR Tech or Surgical Technologist to assist in the operating room by preparing surgical instruments, maintaining a sterile environment, and supporting the surgical team. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.

Assist with setting up the operating room and maintaining a sterile field.

Support surgeons and surgical teams during procedures.

Position patients and assist with patient draping.

Document surgical procedures and equipment used accurately.

Follow safety protocols and provide excellent support in the operating room.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or certification in Surgical Technology.

Certification as a Surgical Technologist (e.g., CST).

Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and sterile techniques.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Flexibility with varied schedules.

Can start ASAP.
