About the Job
What You Will Do
- Provide Clarios consolidated Store Door Customer core return data to allow for data driven analysis and customer facing file view for monthly reporting.
- Support Process improvements & identify additional streamlining for accounts receivable aging past due payments.
- Create customer returnable dunnage tracking and document process to provide one source of knowledge for team efficiency.
- Collaborate with several cross functional teams, including commercial, manufacturing plants, IT, and supply chain.
How You Will Do It
- Refining internal tracking mechanism with customer data/create monthly reporting feature.
- Developing work instructions to support deductions review to improve team AR aging.
- Developing process/tool collaborating with Plants & Eng. To enter customer dunnage usage by number & to enter all dunnage design into customer portal with customer process guide & best practices for dunnage design & approval.
- Gathering data with cross functional teams, analyze and create tracking mechanisms as well as Power BI customer reports to support improved order tracking and forecasting.
What We Look For
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
- Pursing an undergraduate degree.
- Excel, Power BI, problem solving & data analysis.
- U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
- Based out of our office location in Plymouth, MI (hybrid work model).
- Duration: Spring/Summer 2025, based on school calendar. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.
- Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions when working remotely (Monday, Friday). Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team remotely or when in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
