Crest View Senior Communities is seeking positive and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/NAR) to join our amazing team and serve older adults in our Columbia Heights and Blaine Campuses. We are hiring all shifts (AM, PM, NOC) and seeking Part Time qualified CNAs/NARs. Crest View offers a full continuum of care including skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care in our faith-based Crest View Senior Communities. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/NAR) is responsible for a wide range of direct resident care services and will care for the resident's physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs.

POSITION SUMMARY:
- Caring for the residents' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs according to the residents' individualized plans of care so as to maintain the functional ability and independence of the residents of the Crest View Community.
- Maintains a clean, safe environment according to the philosophy, policies, and procedures of the Crest View Community.
- Maintains a commitment on the part of the organization and staff consistent with the philosophy, goals, and Christian objectives of the organization.
- When needed will float to other nursing units with the Crest View Community.
- Demonstrates tactfulness and positive interpersonal communication skills with Crest View personnel, residents, and visitors.
- Maintains professional ethics and confidentiality.
- Observes Residents Bill of Rights
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Registered Nursing Assistant in the State of Minnesota. Must maintain educational requirements to remain listed on the Nursing Assistant Registry. Must complete orientation at Crest View Community.
PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS: Must have strength and mobility to lift weight over 25 lbs. Move, assist and/or help lift residents of awkward weights (100-250 lbs). Do repeated bending, squatting, stooping, or sitting or prolonged walking and standing, climbing, pushing, and pulling movements.
