• Organize unit, communicate with nurses, CNAs, MD, NP, and PAs to ensure consistent positive outcomes
• Ensure smooth workflow
• Keep and organize records
• Recruit and train nurses and other health professionals/work with staff developement nurse
• Work on skilled unit, case management, and weekly insurance reviews
• Improve the quality and efficiency of the level of care by working with management staff and QI
• Work with residents and family members to ensure top care
• Job includes on-call rotation
