The advanced practitioner (AP) provides direct (hands-on) care in skilled nursing facilities with a goal to improve quality and prevent unnecessary re-admissions to the acute care setting.Geisinger has much to offer:Attractive schedule - Monday - Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm
