Schedule: 20hrs/wk



Job Requirements





+ Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university



+ Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience



+ Ability to work independently



+ Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)



+ Active and unrestricted applicable licensure



+ Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire



+ NPI & DEA



+ Current National Board Certification

Employees can be expected to be paid an hourly rang of $50 - $60/hr, based on knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions.
