We collaborate with our facility partners to deliver evidence-based mental health care services, including psychiatric assessments, medication management, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, hospital placements and treatment, educational training, and quality regulatory documentation.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide psychiatric care services at our partner facilities. Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long-term care facilities.
- Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director of social services.
- Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements
- Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care
- State license as nurse practitioner (required)
- Specialty as psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) or adult-gerontology nurse practitioner (AGNP) (preferred)
- DEA license
- Availability to work during normal, weekday business hours (no night or weekend on-call!)
- Ability to stand for 20 minutes
- Ability to lift 15 pounds
