We are an insurance defense firm serving the entire state of Florida with locations throughout South Florida and AV rated attorneys. We are seeking a 3+ year insurance defense Certified Nurse Paralegal to join out Fort Lauderdale team handling 3rd party property cases, premises liability cases and PIP. This is a remote setting with travel to the Fort Lauderdale office as necessary for trial preparation.

- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to manage cases effectively.
- Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-effective strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare law and insurance defense.
- Ensure all work complies with ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Paralegal, preferably in the area of insurance defense.
- Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting medical records.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminologies, procedures, and standards.
- Experience in cost analysis
- Ability to work with medical experts and understand complex medical information.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to conduct detailed medical research.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
