Job Title: Night Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee nightly hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.
• Manage front desk staff, providing guidance and support.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with security and maintenance for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
