American Freight is currently seeking a New Store Team Coordinator to assist with completion of project management, for new stores, store relocations, store closings and other projects relating to the New Store Team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to produce reports and corporate level presentations. This role is based out of our corporate office in Delaware, OH. Prior experience in retail is preferred.

Who You Are:
A motivated self-starter, with excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills as well as time management capabilities. The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple jobs simultaneously and is extremely professional. This individual should have problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues with innovative solutions. Excellent internal and external customer service, and the ability to work and communicate with all associates daily.
What You’ll Do:
- Request exterior building and pylon signs
- Track manufacturing and installation of new store signs across multiple vendors
- Complete address verification for new store sites
- Process proposals, invoices and analyze the data to show trends
- Work with field management teams for receipt of required reports (Punch Lists, Task Lists, Travel)
- Verify travel assuring adherence to the Corporate Travel Policy
- Send Grand Opening emails and follow ups
- Prepare reports, emails and follow ups for Closing, Going Dark and Conversion stores
- Assist with updating Project Plans for new store openings, relocations, closings and other store transactions
- Work with Temp Employment agencies to schedule employees, monitor attendance and ratings on agency apps and verify invoices
- Update report on store information
- Compile and prepare analysis for New Store Costs and analyze data to show trends
- Performs other duties as assigned
Work Environment:
- Delaware, Ohio Support Center

- Experience: 1-2 Years of Related Experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
- Experience analyzing problems for decision making
- Proficient at Excel and MS Word
- High energy, positive outlook and can work collaboratively across departments
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Overall computer literacy and are comfortable with technology
- Strong drive for results
- Knowledge of retail business and store operations
- Familiar with trade work or construction

COMPENSATION:
As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, American Freight provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and cultural fit. The range of starting pay for this role is $55,000 to $60,000 per year.
