As our full-time New Patient Front Desk Receptionist, you'll earn a competitive wage of $18 - $22 an hour, with an additional monthly bonus of $100 - $300. But that's not all! THE HELP THAT YOU PROVIDE
As our full-time New Patient Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first face everyone sees and the first voice our patients hear. You'll typically work 35-40 hours per week with the earliest start being 7:30 AM and the closer being 6:30 PM. You will have 3 full days (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday) and 2 half days (Tuesday and Friday) which allows you to enjoy a longer weekend! Your day will start with warmly greeting new patients and ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable. You'll manage patient check-ins and appointments with efficiency and accuracy, assisting new patients with completing necessary forms and entering them into our system.
Throughout the day, you'll handle phone calls and inquiries, always with a friendly and professional demeanor. You'll be responsible for making sure all new patients show up for their appointments by using our scripted calls and the training we provide. Additionally, you'll track and report on two key performance indicators (KPIs), presenting your monthly review to the team. Your role is crucial in coordinating with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure a smooth patient flow and provide basic information about our services and programs.
