The Conflicts Analyst/Manager is responsible for identifying and resolving conflicts affecting new client matters and new hires. As we grow this function, you will broaden your scope in various risk management areas.

The Conflicts Analyst/Manager is responsible for identifying and resolving conflicts affecting new client matters and new hires. As we grow this function, you will broaden your scope in various risk management areas.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the new business matter intake process, identifying and resolving conflicts of interest
- Collaborate with attorneys and administrative teams to facilitate a smooth intake process, providing quality assurance
- Conduct research to support conflict resolution, utilizing internal and external resources
- Maintain meticulous records of client intake documentation and ensure compliance with firm policies. Serve as a subject matter expert on conflicts of
- interest and new business intake processes, and prepare reports for leadership
- Provide ongoing training and support to enhance understanding and adherence of intake and conflict resolution procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4-6 years of experience, preferably in a law firm doing new business intake, conflicts, compliance or regulatory operations
- Knowledge of Elite 3E or similar law firm financial software is advantageous
- Familiarity with legal ethics and conflict rules, with the ability to lead and train on company-wide initiatives
- Exceptional organizational, research, analytical, and communication skills
- Juris Doctorate is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated integrity in personal and fiduciary matters, along with strong interpersonal skills
