Description
+ Installation and configuration of new computer equipment, including operating systems, software, and hardware.
+ Maintain, upgrade, and configure desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other devices. This includes updating software and operating systems.
+ Monitors and maintains the company's desktop and network systems.
+ Troubleshoots network systems when necessary and makes improvements as needed.
+ Provides second-tier technical support to end users
+ Manages device inventory including procurement and disposal.
+ Responsible for managing deliverables required for HIPAA Security and Risk Assessments
This position relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. This position is required to provide after-hours and weekend support on an on-call basis, in rotation with other team members. Reports to the Jackson Market IT Director.
Minimum required: Associate's degree in related field. At least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used technical concepts, practices, and procedures. Healthcare experience a plus.
